I did all the paperwork online so the check-in process would be quick, well the staff acted like they had no idea, and I had to complete all the paperwork again. the hotel was very dingy and- dark, hallways had very uneven floors and true trip hazards, and the bathroom was filthy- the bed was actually comfortable

Better communication
It was a comfortable stay. The only downside is when we went down for breakfast at 9:40 am we were told it ended at 9 am. There was no sign mentioning that and we were not told that the night before. 9 am also seems early to stop breakfast, especially on a weekend as check out time wasn't until 11 am. Most fast food restaurants serve until 10 or 11 am.

It was a one night stay. I will never stay there again. The outside of the building needs to be cleaned up. The free breakfast is a joke. It may be acceptable to others, it's not acceptable for me. It's a dump.
