Across the street from the beach, around the corner from Central Fedtival Mall, next to all transportation and walkable to night bazaar and walking street amongst other things. The two pools and huge lobby are a great plus. Highly recommended property for the price point.

I rate this 5 star given international travel, probably 4 star in the US. Quiet rooms. My only nitpick might be the somewhat dark walkway from the main street up the hotel driveway to the entrance (there's not a walking path).
