Iffy location
This property is mostly “under construction/renovation.” Therefore, most of the facilities seen on first floor are inaccessible or marginally usable, including a bank of 3 elevators. The large breakfast area had scant food available, an “out of order” sign at the juice machine, 1 barely warm urn of coffee, and 2 areas of black mold noted on the ceiling above the waffle maker. The walls were in various levels of construction and didn’t reach the ceiling along one long wall. The bar/lounge was also unavailable. This is an aging property that has been remodeled several times, as witnessed by the appearance of the room. The bed and bathroom were clean. The young man who was at the front desk in the reception area (which was nicely done, and clean) on the 3-11 shift was very polite and helpful. There was no remote in our room and when I went to the front desk to get one, the one I was given didn’t work. When the young man was notified he brought another to our room that did work with the tv. At this point I would recommend that this not be your first choice as a destination until the remodeling and construction is completed.

This felt like a cheap hotel.
All ice machines were not working. When I told the lazy girl at the front desk, she said," the manager said the ice machine on the 2nd floor was working." I told her I was just there and it is not working. Then I asked for a couple chilled waters. She said I had to buy them. I told her to keep the water, keep the ice, we are NEVER staying at these hotels again. The shower curtain was bent and loose. The restroom fan was not working.
