Worst night of sleep in my life. Very stuffy rooms. You can hear everything in the halls. You are better off staying near the center of town, and taking a cab to the beach. It’s not worth staying here for its proximity to the beach alone.

The bed was tiny and was very sagging. A/C was inadequate for two adult women to feel comfortable sleeping. My husband would have been miserable with the lack of cooling at night. Front desk people were great but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fine overall. Very close to the beach, nice pool, staff are friendly. The free breakfast (we paid in advance) will get your day started but will not wow you. *But realize this is more like a college dorm. Literally. We did not realize this when we booked. It all worked out fine, but it was a bit of shock at first. But again, we adjusted and no complaints. Last, it's about a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride to the main areas of the city.

The property is conveniently located close to the beach. Valencia attractions are a short bus ride away. It has a minimalist decor and very small room and bathroom, but clean and functional.

The staff was very very rude to us the first day. The receptionist hung up on us when we did not know how to get to the hotel. And barely knew any English

The hotel is in a great location, next to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are very small but clean. I would only stay here for 2 nights max and at a good price rate. The staff are great!

Good for beach but not for city sightseeing
Perfect for disconnecting from city life with good restaurants by the sea. Beware they have no TV per se and pool doesn't get much sun. New building... a mix between a high-quality youth hostel and proper hotel (minus TV, as said). Perhaps a bit overpriced considering the above but i had a good time.

Disappointing experience, there are better options
Three seemed got inexperienced attendants were working the front desk. Check in before 3pm was not allowed and our bags were held. When asked if we could use the pool we were told we could not until we checked in. When we returned to check in there was still confusion and we were given a room on the 8th floor. The room itself had very cheap furniture and an IKEA style bed not fit for two large men. The hotel seems to be a fancy hostel aimed more for young people. The pool hours were very restricted and should have been advertised on the website. We stayed two nights in another hotel which was nice and then chose this hotel for one night by the beach to celebrate my birthday. It was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend to my friends when visiting. The hotel is new with no charm, also toilet placed in a very tight corner unless you are petite and under 5’10.
