Not as good as expected
Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Arrived at the advertised check in time and was told we had to wait another hour for our room to be ready - sat by reception and saw multiple people arrive and check in to their rooms whilst we were still waiting. Room still wasn’t ready an hour later but after complaining we were told we could go to the room but it wasn’t finished? Never had this before. Told on check in we had breakfast included in our stay, arrived at breakfast the next morning to be told it wasn’t included and tried to charge us. Didn’t bother in the end. The room was okay but quite tired - king bed is 2 king single beds pushed together.

Welcomed from day one of nine to the last day.
From arriving to leaving the staff were welcoming and helpful. Having a courtesy bus was great. So location was good for most things. As with most accommodation in Bali little maintenance things are happening or need doing. Would stay again.

Average hotel, dirty spa, tasteless breakfast
Stayed a week, unfortunately. Had status for upgrade yet claimed they didn’t have a room, turned out untrue. Was SO looking forward to using the spa to relax daily. Went for a 2-hr massage, yet 10 mins in, the pulsing bass of the loud gym music vibrated the walls. What “spa” allows such disturbance? I walked out. Spa front desk attendant was rude and also didn’t realize I completely understood her mumbling. Very unprofessional spa! They don’t even stop the Asian men from entering both jacuzzis with their nasty see-through underwear they walked in the door with (yucks)! Yet they make sure to tell the Europeans don’t go in nude! Jacuzzi was dirty and had thick scum on walls. Spa was a total gross disappointment…not forgetting the ridiculous 25% upcharge on all spa treatments! I hung the “clean room” sign and would come back to the sign flipped THREE different times to “do not disturb” (an excuse for them not to clean the room). First day had jet lagged, wanted to sleep. Two hours of banging/scraping AC next door. Thought it was over and then they started drilling on room to right…. OMG four hours of hell!! Breakfast was so tasteless and gross with fruit flies on the “healthy food” that we didn’t bother waking up to eat breakfast after day two. Pool was nice and the restaurant by the pool had better food than breakfast buffet or restaurant. Bad area for food unless you live at KFC or eat at hotel. Good location if island hopping, but we couldn’t wait to leave.

Check in was 30 minutes late and they waited for me to come to them rather than coming to me in the lobby waiting area for me to get my keys. Twin beds pushed together for our “king size” TV had blown out speakers Lighting in room had backlight that was on when card was inserted so if I wanted light in the bathroom I had to wake up my wife. Breakfast buffet was a great addition to our room. The property is right down the street from the beach and a short walk to the harbor to go to the neighboring islands. I would stay again but probably be a little more assertive about the beds. The beds were comfortable, though.
