Disappointing Stay in a Beachfront Hotel
1. Raw experience/value: Our stay left much to be desired. Location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and a beautiful swimming pool area, but overall experience was far from satisfactory. The lack of assistance during our late-night check-in, especially considering we had a toddler with us, was disappointing. Additionally, the room we were given was a long 4-minute walk from the entrance, which was inconvenient for us and our little one. 2.Cost/Benefit: At CAD 300 per night, including breakfast, we expected a higher quality experience. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a huge letdown, with barely any food available, which is particularly disappointing given Brazil's reputation for delightful hotel breakfasts. The room itself felt outdated, with old air conditioners, a rusty fridge, and an aged bathroom with a non-functional hot tub. Considering the cost, we did not feel like we received good value for our money. 3. A short story involving my experience: During our stay, we looked forward to enjoying a refreshing beverage by the pool after a day at the beach. To our delight, we discovered a beer machine near the swimming pool area. Sadly, this was one of the few positive experiences during our time at this hotel. In the morning, when we were eager to start our day with a hearty breakfast, we were met with a nearly empty buffet. Disheartened, we ended up leaving the hotel without breakfast, feeling that our expensive stay had not lived up to our expectations.

De entrada a recepção não lá muito agradável, pouco atenciosos e despreparados. Depois no restaurante, até um copo de água que a pessoa pegasse tinha que passar por uma balança, totalmente desnecessário, uma vez que o pacote já incluía as refeições. Muito chato, isso. E como se não bastasse, inventaram também a cobrança pelo estacionamento, dentro do hotel. O restante foi bonzinho,

Terrível, o hotel uma sujeira , sem estrutura, banheiro com box imundo , ar condicionado imundo, tive que trocar de quarto três vezes, e ainda sim o ar ficou com defeito.Além de ser meia pensão, o hóspede tinha que pesar o que estava consumindo mesmo se fosse uma maçã, achei muito constrangedor.

Pontos positivos: espaço infantil maravilhoso, bem equipado com brinquedos, muitas piscinas ótimas , vista linda, espaço bem amplo, quartos enormes e de frente para o mar, agua do chuveiro quente Pontos negativos: estacionamento terceirizado, caro e a única opção para o hospede,a recepção só funciona até as 20:00 e não existe telefone no quarto para contato com a recepção/hotelaria ou qualquer outro serviço, caso vc precise tem que ir ate la, banheiros com cortina de plástico velha e toda mofada, ao tomar banho a agua escorre para o banheiro inteiro, alaga tudo, pia vazando agua por cima e por baixo da pia, estrutura antiga e pouco higiênica, comida sem sabor, quarto sujo, muita mosca na área das comidas e em cima das comidas, chega a incomodar na hora que vc esta comendo também.

Gostei do atendimento, porém poucos funcionários! Não limparam nosso quarto pelos 3 dias que ficamos, nunca tinha alguém para limpar! Além disso cobram taxas abusivas! Paguei 700 reais a mais para ter all inclusive e além disso me fizeram pagar 300 reais por um kit de boas vindas e quando entrei no quarto não tinha nada nem sabonete! Não volto mais neste local! Experiência horrível! Hortel.com tbm nunca mais compro cobraram taxa de 300 reais que não me deram nada de boas vindas!

Pior hotel que já fiquei na vida !!
: Avaliação: Muito ruim Minha experiência no Hotel Vila do Mar foi extremamente desagradável. O local é sujo, inclusive as áreas onde se come, o que é inaceitável. Os quartos têm goteiras que encharcam o chão, e a justificativa dada pelo hotel é a “condensação” devido à umidade. Porém, me hospedei em outro hotel próximo, também de frente para a praia, e não tive nenhum problema parecido. Além disso, o chão é ensebado, as toalhas não são trocadas, o quarto não é limpo (é sério!!) assim que vc chega eles te dão um papel avisando que não vão limpar seu quarto nem trocar as toalhas , apenas o banheiro e dia sim dia não , e há um cheiro constante de óleo velho vindo da comida, o que tornou minha estadia insuportável. Tive que sair antes do planejado, pois era impossível permanecer nesse ambiente. Fiquei apenas duas noites e precisei me mudar para outro hotel, onde finalmente consegui ter conforto e higiene. Não recomendo o Hotel Vila do Mar para ninguém.
