The hotel is in need of some renovation (in special the carpets). It has just two lifts for more than 15 floors, and the result is a slow operation and in many occasion overcrowded lifts. Too few people at the reception for the large number of guests arriving and departing, and most of the staff hardly speaks or understands English (which I would not expect for a 4* hotel). Overall, a disappointing experience.

气味需要改善
性价比不错。感觉还好。唯一让我感觉不太满意的是气味。也许是因为夏天的原因，高温多湿，所以一进酒店大堂就闻到一股发霉的味道。去房间的走廊以及房间里面都是同样的气味。如果这点能改善的话，就是一座很不错的好酒店。

我是6月16号住这间酒店的，选这间是因为在地图上看到离皇岗关口很近（早上打车10分钟不到），但是房间很小很旧，地毯很脏，卫生间很就很脏，毛巾也藏。房间还一股烟味（要求的是无烟房）。网上说是4星，其实2星都不到。楼下大堂和菜市场一样，有乱又脏，又老又旧。入住登记的时候前台有个短头发的女服务员态度很差，我是到店前的20-30分钟网上订的 酒店，到店后我说了名字，她连证件和电脑都没看就问我是不是刚订的，要我等10-20分钟系统才有，我说我已经收到确认订房成功的邮件，她一脸不高兴的要我等。我领着行李，而且外面 大暴雨的，我一再坚持让她看看她们的电脑记录，我还出示了手机上的确认邮件，她才帮我在她电脑上看了一下，然后发现了我的订单才帮我 办理。上去了房卡用不了，有个大叔员工帮我开的门，告诉我 要去前台激活房卡。前台激活房卡的 男员工和帮我开房门的大师都态度很好。早上退房的时候前台也是一副欠他一百万的样子。以后不会再住了。

酒店附近食店選擇多, 熱水浴夠熱力, 整體清潔整齊. 但沒窗戶房沒有陽光光線, 座枱燈泡不亮, 致檯台沒有人接聽. 入住登記時給了1間單人房不是我預訂的雙床房, 上到了房後才知道而作更換.

Off the beaten path
I was looking for an inexpensive hotel in Shenzhen to spend the night. Mainly wanted to sleep but also wanted to find dinner and a couple of drinks. There are quite a few local eateries but as I am a foreigner it is a bit tougher for me to go to a super local location for food, I can order off of a picture menu with the best of them but I was just not in the mood that evening. Anyway, I walked a bit (20 mins or so) to explore the area and found a place for food at a shopping area with quite a few bars and restaurants (City Square Shenzhen) and met a few really nice locals.

Valuable for short stay still ok
Doesn't look like 4 stars hotel, think is just 3 stars. Staff helpful but not very polite but at least they can help you at the end. Room is old and little dark but bed comfortable and fully equipped so still ok, location not convenient, not close to Metro but u can take taxi from Huanggang border its about 5-10 mins and cheap.

Hotel.com 與酒店完全沒有溝通，check-in 時，職員話沒有此預訂，嚇死因為2日前已booking,並已付全費，訂單已確認，但酒店一直說沒有查到，擾讓很長時間才話找到資料，可是酒店安排的房間和我在訂時所選擇又很不同，我選特大床，即1.8m床，酒店說只有1.5m床，而且仲要房間沒有窗，真氣死人！我覺得網站應該和酒店溝通好指明清楚些，我向酒店投訴，職員反要我找Hotel.com投訴，這根本唔係4星酒店應有的服務，最後上房一看，發現完全未打掃清潔好，仲有上手垃圾和醬油污漬，我投訴，經理上門一看才道歉認錯，最後轉另一間房，那間房是1.8m床的房間，一開始又話無，氣死人! 另外，房間wifi 極差
