Customer service was outstanding, very helpful and informative! Clean rooms, comfortable beds and quiet. In a great location. I would like to give a special shout out to Carter, the night clerk, thank you for being so helpful. We went to a concert at the Paramount Theatre and it was late when we got back to the hotel. We were staring and Carter recommend a great pizza place. He even gave us a map so we could easily find it. A+

This is a no frills hotel that is comfortable and perfect for a quick trip. The front desk gal was great! She is so friendly and hospitable. We had a great chat and shared some laughs. She’s a gem and clearly cares about her work. Give her a raise!

The only negative is the location of the hotel, and the outside noise - people yelling, etc. But we understand that's just what comes with that location. There used to be a restaurant in the hotel, but I'm not sure it was operating. That would be a plus for the hotel.
