Excellent airport hotel
Arrived at the hotel early in the morning. Daniel at the check-in was very accommodating in making sure we got our room as early as possible, even before the formal check-in time, in order that we can rest after our overnight flight. We greatly appreciated this gesture. The room was very clean, new, modern and quiet. The soundproofing from both outside traffic, planes and neighbours was excellent. The frequent airport shuttle was convenient.

good value, close to airport, spacious and clean
Overall a great option right next to the airport. My room was not huge but big enough and was quite clean. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly. The airport shuttle runs every 30 min and is a pretty good deal at 8 CHF per person. The restaurant downstairs is decent. I didn't use the gym or sauna but wish I'd had more time for them. It's a few minutes' walk to the Rumlang station, from which you can take a direct train to the Zurich HBF. For what I paid, I thought this was a great value. The only downside is that it's a big corporate hotel so doesn't have a lot of character and isn't homey, but that's fine by me when I just need a place to sleep before an early flight!

The room itself was ok, the location was not the best. Very dirty outside and not safe vibes. The staff was not the best, we thought breakfast was included but they charged us $27fracs each, there’s a lady that comes around asking for your room number while you’re eating. I didn’t like that at all, made me feel super uncomfortable.
