Comfortable, clean, but definitely dated property, which suited our needs very well. We picked this site for its proximity to sites we wanted to visit, plus it had a kitchen and more specifically a fridge, and the walking distance to the Gare Europe. The tub was an added bonus. Pros were proximity, kitchen, tub. Cons were lack of cutting knives, toaster, actual wash cloths (they provided one sponge and one tea towel) and no vacuum or broom. They only come in and do up your room if you stay a week or more. The bedroom and bathroom were upstairs from the living room, so beware of steep stairs. Unfortunately, no one at check in informed us of how the French on demand hot water tanks work, so we ran out of hot water the first day, but that was rectified quickly.
It’s good for the price.
