Nice stay
Great view from balcony also food was very good for an all inclusive. Downside was a rude member of bar staff and difficult to book other restaurants apart from the buffet.

8/10 Very good

The property is advertised as adults only, however the ‘private’ beach between the two hotel buildings is actually mostly public, and gets very overcrowded with families and children. There also seemed to be no security to monitor (drunk) people going onto the beach and into the sea in the middle of the night, which was very noisy and disturbing as someone who had paid to upgrade to a premium sea view room. The hotel is also confusing from a board perspective, as a half board guest, when dining in the restaurant there are free fizzy drinks available, however we were charged for the bottle of water we had with our dinner. Maybe it’s just me but this seemed odd. Also in the ‘Fancy Bar’ as part of my favourite club- which I thought was a lovely area to relax- there is a coffee machine and soft drinks and snacks that are complimentary, however to get an iced coffee from the bar you have to pay, again the logic just seemed off to me, I think the soft drinks should be complimentary and alcohol should be at an additional charge. Overall we had a lovely stay, but the things mentioned above just tainted it a little.

2/10 Poor

This booking was nothing as advertised. We were getting our honeymoon started and were looking for some peace and quiet, but this place has had a dj blaring the Macarena in the pool, kids running around and adults smoking weed everywhere. We ended up staying one night because it was too late to find a new place to go, but checked out after our first night of 3 nights. This is anything but luxury, more like a stay on a budget cruise with classed tiers of service and horrible food. When looking to cancel this booking, the hotel said they would refund us but it's booked through Expedia so now we’re still waiting on their back and forth. Staff was understanding to our face when communicating our discomfort with the property, but now that it’s time for our money back for the 2 unused nights, they won’t pick up the phone. When we saw the photos of the beach and that it would be an adult only experience, we expected to actually be able to go enjoy the beach, and that (although we love children) it would be a quiet time on the beach without kids running around. Apparently, the beach is open to the public, and super packed although the resort is adults only, most of the guests act like children regardless. Rooms were dingy, like glorified motel rooms, and the bathroom was questionable with stains. Also why was the water in the shower salty? I’d avoid this place, just stay somewhere quiet and inland, then travel for a beach day in the morning since it's public!

Wouldn't come back...
Be aware that this all inclusive hotel is meant for a very specific demographic of people. It is extremely touristy with mostly intoxicated, loud, sunburnt, tattoo covered people staying there. Perhaps that is exactly what some people are looking for...The music was extremely loud around the pool, vacant lounge chairs were nearly impossible to find and drunk people making out in the pool. The live music was terrible and could be heard very loudly in our room until 11:00pm every night. We had a huge nasty bug in our bathroom that we covered with a cup and it stayed there the whole stay, never cleaned up by cleaners. There were people smoking around the hotel and whenever we sat to have a meal, or wanted to sit on our balcony, there was cigarette smoke blowing towards us. The rooms seemed worn, with SALT WATER IN THE SHOWERS AND BATHROOM TAP. Showering with salt water was horrible. Think itchy skin, terrible hair and salty teeth brushing. I have read other reviews where they respond by saying that is normal on Mallorca. SALT WATER IN THE TAPS IS NOT NORMAL IN MALLORCA. I have stayed at 6 different hotels in Mallorca and not one of them had salt water. In fact, I have travelled all around the world and never had salt water in the bathrooms. The service at the hotel was not helpful at all. I asked for help making a dinner reservation in town; nope, they couldn't help with that. I asked for a wine bottle opener; nope, they couldn't help with that. Didn't enjoy my stay!

Didn't meet my expectations, wouldn't go back
Very beautiful area but the hotel didn't quite meet our expectations. Rooms and rest of hotel are in need of some TLC and a revamp. Our room, despite being a superior double with frontal seaview, felt very bog standard and couldn't see the sea very well. Definitely not worth the extra £. The floors were dirty (a damp white floor towel showed this) and parts were falling off in the bathroom. Not too mention mould all around the shower and water damage in the ceilings. The AC smelt funny (like it needs a clean) and didn't work very well either but just enough to be able to sleep. Bed was very comfortable. The outside main pool was nice but also needs some love. EG. Pool lights weren't attached and just floating. One encounter was particularly unpleasant where my partner and I put our pool things on one of the paid-for sun beds which were met with a lady (called Natalia I believe) saying we can't sit there we have to go to the bar to reserve and pay in a very rude manor and it wasn't clearly signed at all (I'm used to most paid sunbeds where they come to you) we said ok, she came back less than 2 mins later and told us we still haven't paid. When I went to the bar and have my room number and that was all that was needed. Not great customer service and left a slightly sour taste. Apart from that experience, the staff were lovely! The 'My Favourite Club' was worth the extra with the slightly better breakfast and secluded area with free soft drinks and fruit.

Great location and great property. Staff really helpful and lovely room with an amazing view. Breakfast was amazing, great choice and peaceful setting. Dinner, good choice and well laid out. Cons, sunbeds - hotel allow people to reserve sunbeds so by 9.30 am all sunbeds are reserved with towels. So frustrating when some arent even used until the afternoon.

Overall my wife and I had a good experience at this property. The only critique I would make is on the evening food options, they were very similar to a lower quality "all inclusive" resort in Mexico. The presentation was great, but the food quality and taste was mid range at best. Staff were great, the room was clean. I got stung badly by a jellyfish in the little cove area by the hotel, so beware of that.

Staff is nice, area is good. Breakfast is good and entertainmemt was great. The only issue was the room and building. We stayed in the secondary building, the one without the restaurant, and it was quite dated and unkept. For example stains on the hallways and yellowing in the bathroom tub. Felt more like a budget motel than a resort. Also the smell if the dumpsters which seem to surrond both buildings was quite unpleasant. Unsure, however, if this is the fault of the hotel or city but either way it was very smelly.

Extremely disappointed
Poor and slow check in First room given was tired and the bathroom handle was eroded. Fridge didn’t work and neither did the phone. Felt like we were in the dungeon as we were on floor zero. I asked for another room I was shown two facing the road. Which is not what we booked. By now hours had elapsed and we were only there for 3 nights. I then asked to speak to manager and he was extremely rude and shouting at me. He actually told me to go away and speak to my travel agent. I then was on the phone to the Hyatt Regency group when I was approached by the Deputy manager, who listened to our experience and eventually gave us a room on the 5th floor. This met our expectations. Terra restaurant if you’re HB or AI The hot food isn’t hot. It’s cold. When I said it was cold I was shown to a microwave. Overall it’s pretty bland. I would say breakfast is the best but hot food is still cold. Also one waitress in particular is clearing plates even when you’re putting the last bit of food in your mouth. As much as I don’t like dirty places sitting for too long. It’s inappropriate to remove someone’s plate and hover around waiting for you to finish so she can take the plate. It’s a buffet so some people may want to go back up for more food. No explanation as to what’s included as per all inclusive. Massage was terrible. We complained and didn’t pay. Not a sports massage. We went to the fine dining restaurant called Nubium. It was 5 courses served and rushed within an hour.

8/10 Very good

The hotel lives up to its 4 star rating. The reception staff and cleaners were always friendly, the buffet kept things interesting by changing the options every mealtime and the pool area next to the snack bar is the place to be on a sunny day, especially with the beach being a stone's throw away. And with it being adult-only, the stay was very relaxing. Where the hotel can improve is the entertainment. The evening shows were decent, but to get involved in any daytime activities, you have to speak to entertainment staff, who were hard to track down. And when we asked reception or bar staff about it, they didn't know anything. As a result, we missed out on cool activities like archery, paddle boarding and quizzes. Also, as a result of a storm, the water by the beach was filled with jellyfish. A flag signalled this the 1st day, then was green the next, despite there still being loads of jellyfish. We got stung thanks to this misinformation. Having said this, the beach flags may be the responsibility of the local council rather than the resort. We also found the al a carte restaurants to be disappointing. The quality of the food in the Italian one was no better than what you get in the buffet, and the days each restaurant is open is incredibly restrictive. Another thing that is restrictive is the choice of drinks. We went all inclusive, yet the range of cocktails were underwhelming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would recommend more for a short trip (4-5 days).
