Step into Tropical Paradise, a two-bedroom green hideaway in the peaceful area of Ayia Thekla, neighbouring Ayia Napa. With its beautiful gardens, private pool and minutes away from white sandy beaches, Tropical Paradise is a great setting for holidays and perfect for a getaway to escape from the daily routine and busy city life.


Tropical Paradise is surrounded by a mature garden that hosts lots of trees, plants and flowers. Its great outdoor pool is set in its own private area and is stunning especially at night. Close by the pool you will discover our breezy gazebo, fully furnished for at least six people, with BBQ and exterior sink, all covered from sun and rain. In our view this is the ideal outdoor get together place for all hours of the day and night including dining, and the Artisan Team has had many great social moments with the villa owners here.



Indoors, Tropical Paradise is equipped with comfortable furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances. Fully air conditioned, it also offers cable TV, Netflix and high-speed Wi-Fi. It can well be a place to spend a winter season - or a year with nomadic tourism on the rise. Our clients already amazed at how easy it is to live a beautiful life on an island big enough to provide all amenities, and small enough to be safe and pristine.



The ground floor of the villa is largely taken up by the living room, furnished with comfortable sofas (one is a sofa bed) a flat screen TV and multiple openings making this a breezy and cozy interior with views of the gardens. The wooden style kitchen is open plan and offers an electric hob & oven, full fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and all necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. A spacious guest WC on the ground floor adds convenience and less traffic to the bedroom floor, upstairs.



On the first floor, the two breezy double bed bedrooms enjoy wonderful sea views. They share a balcony and one bathroom which comprises a closet, shower, washbasin and WC. One of the bedrooms also has a second, private balcony which looks over the pool and the back garden, allowing for each tenant to enjoy a private balcony if this is what is desired along with a wonderful night’s sleep.
