Could have been better
The elevator was not working, I was alone, it was very difficult getting my heavy luggage etc up those stairs in one trip since I didn’t want to leave anything unattended. No explanation or apology or assistance was offered for that annoying situation. Also, realized there was no coffee stocked in the tray in my room the next morning. Just was all a little annoying

Comfortable and friendly
This was my family and I’s 2nd time staying here and both times were good experiences. The elevator was out of service this time, but as a whole, we’re always comfortable staying here and the staff is top notch. I plan on booking again the next time we’re in town.

If elevator is working then a good place to stay.
The main reason for 4 star rating is that the elevator was broke down and we were on the third floor. The manager did help us carry our stuff up to the room after check in. That I appreciated.

Comfort Suites is my favorite place to stay when I visit my Aggie. The only downside to this visit was that the elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor. However, the hotel communicated this to me beforehand.

We were surprised by the number of signs of things not working (elevator, third floor laundry, vending machines, etc). We were not given the room type we booked through Expedia. Neither Expedia or the hotel would refund the difference even though both agreed we were owed it. The hotel elevator did not work, which was inconvenient. The room was actually completely acceptable, they just gave us a smaller room with no kitchen and when Expedia called the hotel to inquire about a refund the clerk hung up on them. When I asked the clerk upon check out, he said to go through Expedia. Bad business in general and Expedia did not want to deal with it either.
