We had an amazing multi generational stay. 12 of us with the oldest in our group was 80 years old, youngest 10 months and everyone had a great time. Food was really good, a theme night each night for dinner for some variety plus a lot of the same things each night too. My 3 year old had great time in the heated pool, playgrounds, and kids club. Everything was very family friendly. The front desk staff weren't very friendly or helpful, but after check-in you don't really interact with them, everyone else we interacted with was kind and so helpful. We never felt like any up sells we're pushed on us unless you were already in the spa or hairdresser. We will definitely be back.

Great for solo travelers

As a solo woman traveler I had a great experience here. I felt very safe and the staff was friendly. Never had any issues or any mistreatment. Everything was extremely clean! Beach was beautiful! Food was really good it was different trying Turkish foods but was really good and fresh. Really have nothing bad to say about this hotel it was lovely I was sad when I had to leave. I like that they had multiple times for buffets plus other little restaurants. Buffet was even open at midnight and you could get free room service from 1-7am which was nice after my surgery becausey sleep was off. I walked around the area on my last day and got to explore all the shops which was pretty cool. I would definitely comeback and recommend to friends who are looking for all inclusive! Thanks again!!!

Went 1st March. Magnificent pool closed for 2 weeks to prep for summer. This wouldn’t have been too bad except the place was full of young/teenage German football teams who then crowded out the only other (not freezing cold) pool that you could swim in! This winding down also affected the non buffet restaurants- ie only buffet restaurant open most times. Avoid this place out of season!
