The stay okay; however, the continental breakfast was horrible for both days of my stay. There were only a couple pieces of white bread and frosted flakes. No fruit, no pastries noting that generally constitutes a continental breakfast, horrible.

Everything with the hotel was excellent. It’s just sad that the property is older. Everything worked, comfy bed, super hot water. It just would be wonderful if the hotel could be remodeled. I knew nothing of the area, but it was safe and very quiet when I was there.

One reason I chose this hotel was because they listed breakfast being provided. The only things on the breakfast bar were waffles, bread, donut holes and cold cereal. No proteins or fruit anywhere. Coffee was OK. Was charged a $5 key fee after dropping the key off at the front desk to a very indifferent team member. I did get that refunded after calling the hotel.

The hotel building does have good bones. The heating unit was whisper quit. The Amazon TV system is impossible to figure out. Only was able to find one local station. But had a choice of 9 NYC stations. Had to sign into accounts to watch anything. Continental breakfast was there. But not exciting.

We were charged more money because I brought two children instead of one. There was no sugar, or butter and nothing at complimentary breakfast except self made waffles thats it. The pool and hot tub were both out of order with no water in them, and bathrooms were dirty on arrival. No iron in room and they wouldn't bring one to the room. This was a nightmare my children were extremely disappointed and so was I.

The hotel, in general, had strong odors (especially of the illegal kind). Our room's bed sheets had stains on it and the refrigerator and air conditioner made really loud noises throughout the night to the point we had to shut the heater off completely. They charged $105 dollars to my card upon check in for "incidentals" but when we checked out, they could not produce a print out of the charge for my records (I had already paid for the room before we arrived)
