Service is very bad and condescending. The staff is unmotivated and has an attitude. Maybe good enough for Romania but not good enough for Hilton standard. I wanted to stay an extra night and front desk did not offer any help or upgrade to higher room. I took my business somewhere else. Mr. Hilton would fire the Romanian staff. I don't recommend staying here if you need 5 star service.
