From the moment of arrival this hotel was excellent. All guests are greeted at reception and staff are excellent. The pool area is amazing with gorgeous beds, bar and dining area. Music is played by great djs all day. There are always beds available. Staff are alert and constantly there serving food and drinks. Breakfast was excellent. Location excellent. Close to beach and bars and restaurants. I totally recommend this hotel for a relaxing luxurious chilled holiday.

LOVED this hotel. Staff were all super friendly, and seriously interested in our comfort and convenience. But the BUffET was a destination in itself! Both breakfast and dinner. (Sign up for thr half board.) Different every evening with serving staff waiting to clear you plates, or the chef waiting to cook your freash meat selections. Peaceful, but with live music every evening from 9:00-10:30. And mid morning water aerobic class if your interested. We loved the Bali bed! It's like laying by the pool or listening to the live show on your own deck. Room was fine, quite clean. (Not a fan of frosted glass walls for the bathroom though. A lot of light if one person is still sleeping. ) Highly recommend renting a car and driving to places like Lluc, and

Great location. Great staff and great Cocktails. One of the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in Europe. The beds are very comfortable and I loved the choice of pillows. Our room had a lovely strong powerful shower. The spa bath in our room took 5 attempts to get started and because the plug was loose it drained within 5 minutes. The bathroom tapware could do with updating or the washers changing as it was nearly impossible to turn them fully off, I was worried about wasting an awful amount of water. My husband and I were not fans of the glass box toilets either. They are very small and its impossible to pull your clothes up without throwing the door open 1st, not to mention they do not hold any unwanted smells back. The bar staff and hotel staff are fantastically friendly, helpful and speak an amazing array of languages. We went halfboard. I do wish we had gone breakfast only. The choice of buffet food for breakfast and dinner was vast, but unfortunately it was all cold or luke warm. It is possible to get tiny portions of fish and meat cooked on the grill, but there is a queue for it. There are 2 pools. One has a live DJ, fantastic cocktails and comfy sunbeds, the other is a quiet pool, with really uncomfortable sunbeds that need changing. We had 1 morning where the music pool was closed for a photo shoot, so we had no choice but to use the queit pool. I now have an ugly bruise on my rear end from the sunbed. crossbar. All in all, ee did enjoy out stay.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we found all the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The half board option was incredible value with huge variety of food both hot and cold. Lots of varied raw meat and fish cooked to order. Excellent choice of salads and mini starters. Easy walking into the town and the port. Short taxi ride to Pollensa. Overall we had a great holiday and superb value for money. We’ve stayed in 5 star hotels which were not a patch on this one. Perhaps a little bit of updating required in areas but nothing to worry about. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was one of the best ever. Ready to book again.
