Dangerous Doggy Management & Hotel staff.
First they couldn’t find my booking. Without proper information they told me no room available. They were very rude front desk staff don’t know how to handle customers & online bookings. It’s Hotel officials fault as well as Hotel.com doing business with them
Without any proper papers works. Hotel stuff told Us without hotel consents they using theirs name on their platform.
My opinion hotel.com not safe to use for your travels booking with when you travelling unknown country’s
2 hours & 30 i was on the phone with Hotel.com to sort my booking they were told me they will arrange another property for me how bad is Hotels.com.
My personal experience & Suggestions not to go Hotel SEA WORLD Coxbazar.
Customer service behaviours & management people were very rude disrespectful none of the staff were helpful all of them uneducated Please do not do business or stay with them for your own safety & respect.
