Great choice in Tumon
Always a joy to stay here while visiting. Staff are very friendly and rooms always comfortable. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Snorkelling right outside the hotel was a lot of fun, even seen a sea turtle!

This is an older hotel, but it is well kept and in good shape. This was my second time staying here and really enjoyed it. I was here for almost a month this time and my room was very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The mini store is super convenient and the prices are comparable to the surrounding area. I would highly recommend the junior suite. Being able to walk to the beach is super handy. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Guam again.

Overall, my stay was good. A few comments: The hotel signage is difficult to see from the road. The parking lot and parking garage are a bit cluttered (possibly due to recent renovation?). We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff and service were excellent! We also really enjoyed using the pool several times a day from morning until night. The room was quite nice except for the fact that we could not use the balcony because of the pigeons that were perked out there all day and night. We could not hang any of our clothes out to dry either because of that. We did have a great time in Guam though, thank you!
