Hosts were very responsive and helpful, really friendly and accommodating at any time. The room was beautifully setup and exceeded all our expectations. It was cozy and space was well maintained with adequate supplies for everything we needed for cooking and showering. We were impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the property. It is well lit, safe and secure. A lot of thought and care had gone into making our stay a comfortable and an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend staying here it’s perfect for snow / ski vacation (short drive to blue mountain resorts) You will not be disappointed.

The property was close to the downtown and the parking was good. It helped that we were the only people in the building. We found the instruction that codes for our flat and the front door of the building were going to be erased at 10:00am when checkout was 11:00am.

Had a wedding to attend with a very small window of time to attend the ceremony due to the time of check in. When we got there, the front door code didn't work for us. Number on the reservation didn't work. Took about 15 minutes to find the proper number. Gentlemen i spoke to said he wasn't in the office and it would take 30 minutes. When he finally programmed the code, we still had to unpack and get the kids ready before we could leave. As a result, we missed the whole ceremony and half of cocktail hour. Traveled 2 hours and paid a premium for this suite and missed the most important part. What a disappointment!!!
