Keep your expectations low....
Rude employees. Beds were pretty old and beat. The kind you sink into. Pubes in the bathroom.

We had a sub terrain room that felt like you were in a garage. Walls were paper thin and we could hear water running in the next room. Bathroom light/fan was so loud we couldn't turn it on. This hotel should not have a rating any higher than 2 or 2.5. I would not recommend it.

4/5 stars. Would stay here again.
I was disappointed that the two rooms I booked were not identical, even though I paid the same price per room. Consistency would have made more sense, however, the rooms were both clean and stocked with the essentials, which I appreciated. The staff were all very kind, professional and helpful. It was actually preferable needing to make an appointment to utilize the pool. My 4 kids and I enjoyed the safety and freedom it provided us to be silly and play swim tag.

Not impressed
The place was too crowded with people gathering outside, smoking. Made for an unsafe atmosphere while we are in the middle of a pandemic. Rooms, while clean, were dated. Since it was pet friendly it served my purpose for a nights stay while driving North to South.

Uncomfortable for a woman - noisy
Noisy, lots of people hanging out in parking lot drinking and smoking. Felt very uncomfortable going to my room.

Ok not too bad for the money
It's always good to stay here. Sometimes the newer beds and other times it's the old beds.

less than impressed
There were people playing loud music and loitering in the halls barefooted and drinking. That was annoying but it was during the daytime and they did quiet down at night. We also had ants in our room and the bed was super uncomfortable. The parking situation was very nice considering my husband was on business and was pulling a large trailer. This hotel however is conveniently located lots of options within walking distance.

Not my cup of tea..
For being a 3 star hotel i thought this hotel would be alot nicer. The hotel staff was very nice but the area of Medford was not that great. The hotel was very populated and many of the people hung out in the hallways. We felt pretty uncomfortable but luckily we only were staying one night. Even our bedroom had a plastic bag over the smoke defector..
