Great quality of breakfast items. Small rooms, but cozy and nice quality

Great stylish hotel in an excellent location

This is a very nice hotel in a great neighborhood. Great service from the staff. The room is a bit small, but a great bed. The only thing to criticize is that the glass toilet door is designed with gaps in the top and bottom which doesn't provide much privacy.

Amazing spot for a night before an early flight

This hotel is really great with a high service level. We booked it for one night because of an early morning flight. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport 10 minutes away. There are plenty of options at the hotel, and we were even got a room upgrade free of charge

Great location with access to all amenities, shopping, and eateries!
Miss Maxine C, 3-night trip

Little things

The room was clean and comfortable. Lighting was rather badly designed, too bright, light switches were inconvenient. There was no bedside table. My tea and coffee supply was not topped up from one day to the next' All little things, but simple to get right and makes a difference to how enjoyable the stay was.
Carl, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good rooms for families. Kids enjoyed free ice cream and popcorn. Rotterdam itself was dirty and chaotic. Parking not self-explanatory. Hotel overall nice. Beds were the best part.
Lauren, 1-night trip

Staff were very personable, quality of food was exceptional and our room was modern, spacious and quiet with a huge bed and 70” TV.

Convenient location and friendly staff. However, the food option is limited

Great hotel. Small rooms but very clean. My only complaint is that they need to accommodate guests with luggage!! It’s nearly impossible to get big heavy luggage up to the lobby and then back out of the lobby. The “death stairs” need to be replaced or something done so that guests can safely transport their luggage into and out of the hotel. If you have very little luggage I can highly recommend this hotel!!

Lovely hotel, good location, staff were very helpful. Good room setup with bunk bed

It's a very new property and was designed very well. The rooms are small but have everything you need in them. If you like sea food, they have an amazing (but slightly pricy) market and restaurant that looked amazing! I would absolutely stay here again.
Marianna, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It’s a great area close to markethal which you can fine any type of food and restaurants. We had a big room which was a two story and had a queen bed upstairs which was nice for kids to be separated, very helpful and kind staff , they could hold on to our luggage for a week so we could travel lighter to other countries, we are so appreciated for that . Highly recommended
Fariba, 4-night trip

Breakfast can’t be arranged by the hotel.

Great Location

Nice hotel, cosy bedroom. The dinning room downstairs is always busy, but as I was on the 1st floor so it did not bother me. The walls however in the room are very thin as I heard when my neighbours entered and exited the rooms. Housekeeping forgot to clean my room on the 2 night and did not replenish the coffee, but it was not a huge issue. The location is perfect, close to everything! Great town to walk in.
Charlene, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Dorm room size

No coffee in room or available without purchase. Rooms are very small efficient giving a small college dorm room feel. Sink is next to the bed.
Jackie, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Not for the handicapped

The rooms are minimalist but clean. The staff was very accommodating. My husband fell on our first day and injured his knee. He was bed ridden for three days and the employees were all very helpful. The hotel isn’t made for handicapped people but is good for a short stay for a healthy person.
Michael, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

i had a nice stay overall :) liked the room, especially how comfy the bed and the bathroom are. stayed for 2 nights and it was quiet during the night despite the location of the hotel but small stuff were missing like the slippers, shower cap, toothbrush/toothpaste, bottled water. would be great if the hotel also provide those :) ordered their "homemade ice tea" when i was at the bar and it was pretty bad, super super sweet for my liking, considering the price, the hotel should work on it :)

Ok
Yahya, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The positives: good location and friendly staff The negatives: the rooms are very tight and there no space around the bed even for a night stand. The biggest drawback for us was the toilet. It was literally located 3 ft from the bed, and divided only by a glass door from the room, with gaps on top & bottom, and to hear and smell everything that is happening over there was not very appealing. If you are not travelling along I would not recommend this place.
Aurelian, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

So what they mean by open plan is ZERO privacy. There isn't room to swing a cat in these rooms. It's fine if you're travelling alone, but even couples might not like this. The toilet and shower are cubicles in the room and the sink is next to the bed! Also there is a flight of stairs to the entrance of the hotel and no one will help you with your suitcase if you are carrying a larger case. It doubles as a fish restaurant, so it always smells of raw fish. All Hilton Mottos have this open plan and I wouldnt stay in one again in the future.
Sheetal, 9-night trip

6/10 Good

Easy to locate But no place to park at the front and unload if you have heavy luggage Reception was initially unhelpful and argumentative. No information on how to get out of the car park and we had luggage. It say restaurant on the website but it seem it is no for the hotel and need booking in advance but one told us and it was full of people not guests of the hotel when we went to book a place for dinner . Clean neat rooms but very small and tight you can hardly turn and not even tea making facilities .
Kwabena, 1-night trip

Il y a eu un problème car ils m’ont facturé 2 fois et j’attends toujours le remboursement…
