The place was nice but I had to check out and return home after just one night as my mother was rushed to hospital and is now in Woy Woy Rehabilitation Centre... I know you have rules regarding refunds and I didn't ask for a refund but the lady at desk made it clear I wasn't getting one. Just needed a room for the night for an event the following morning but we were pleasantly surprised. Games room (free) and swimming pool and the Bistro meant it was easy for the little one with us but it was in walking distance to the HV shops too. Great central location and facilities, friendly staff.

Got to our first room and the wall was covered in bugs, but luckily there is complementary bug spray with the room, which was no help. The aircon was also not working. We moved to another room, which had a large huntsman on the door, which understandably cannot be controlled, however when entering the room the walls were covered with mosquitoes and bugs and we were greeted with a spider in the bed. Really disappointed and ended up leaving for another hotel.

We were very pleased that we were able to check in early upon arrival and also have a later check out. It made it easier for our stay. The property is beautiful, we loved the interior design and liked that we could use to pool table and the hot tub. Our room was very clean and had all the we required for our stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. Only suggestion we had was it would be nice to have more light around the pool and outdoor area for when walking from pool to our rooms. Overall, great stay and very convenient to local shops, food and winery.
