Room was spacious and clean. Close to airport. One room was on the top floor, but the air conditioning did not work well, it was 29.7 degree Celsius and we set 21 degree before sleep. In the morning it was 30 degree and we were so sweating.

Good value for money and electric car charger

Good value for money hotel at the airport. Climate control (A/C) does not work in the mid-seasons, this is not ideal (26 degrees in the room). In general some food smell in all areas, since the rooms have a kitchenette and not real good ventilation. Quite cheap (EUR 12) parking available with a lot of modern car chargers. But be aware that the garage (apart from charging area) is not made for large cars.. A lot of transport options available within 5 minutes walk.

excellent location for local transport connections including the train to Monaco or Marseille... or tram into the old town. Only negative is the lack of any bars, shops, or restaurants in the vicinity. There is only a basic vending machine in the building.

Less Than Ideal

The room was constantly 27 degrees - even at night! It was late March and I was told that the aircon wouldn't be switched on because it was not 'summertime'. Leaving the window open at night to combat this meant 24/7 jumbo-jets in your ears, which I know can't be helped given the location. Couldn't sleep because it was so hot, bed was also extremely squeaky.

I'll be back!!!

Staff were very friendly & helpful. I have been to Nice a few times so I was familiar with the area. However, this was my first stay at Residhome Nice Aeroport. The room was so well equipped, I was so impressed. I stayed for a total of 3 days/ 2 nights (separate bookings made) and was able to utilise the fridge. I did a little food shop at Carrefour City on Boulevard Rene Cassin (which also has a yummy salad bar selection) and stocked up for breakfast and lunch items for the duration of my stay - I ate out for Dinner. I enjoyed resting on the balcony after my long hikes. There were lots of charging ports in the room - USB, USB-C and EU plugs so I could charge all my devices at the same time. The hotel is quite close to Nice Saint Augustin station where I caught trains to Antibes, Cannes and Menton (and back) - I bought a Cote D'azur pass so I had unlimted train, tram and bus travel across cote D'azur and I realllllly utlised it! I also travelled by Tram to the Nice airport.. approx journey time to Terminal 1= 10mins, to terminal 2 = 15 mins. There are several restaurants around but I had dinner at the nearby Crowne Plaza Hotel which I stayed during my last visit to Nice. Hotel to Nice centre/ Old Nice/ promenade de Anglais is only 30 mins on the bus , but about 10 mins in a taxi. The hotel location is really great overall. Such good value overall, I was tempted to extend my overall trip by 1 day. Dear Residhome Nice Aéroport team, Thanks and please don't change :)

Great, clean and convenient accommodation. It was around a 8 minute walk from the airport so no need to faff around with Taxi’s. There is food and convenience shops underneath so everything is accessible. I’d return.

It’s a great budget hotel if you need to stay near the airport, as was our situation. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly at check-in and check-out. The room was very comfortable too, great for what we needed. Price was also very competitive. Not much in the area as it’s near the airport and quite far from the city, but it’s a 10 min walk from the terminal, maybe less. An Uber or Bolt into the city is approx €18 or the tram is available too. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again.
