The property was adequate, however the amenities were not as described in the property listing. I did not have wifi in my room, no gym access, spa was not staffed, no shampoo (only soap and body wash was provided. Front desk was unable to provide shampoo, fix the internet issue or provide information regarding the spa or gym access when asked. In 2 weeks, I did not get a clean water glass, but also did not mention this to the staff. It was disappointing, however, I did stay approximately 2 weeks, since the hotel was close proximity to a friend’s home.

I was a bit dissapointing for me to stay at the Triada hotel. I had good expectations due to the 4 star rating. But My room didn't feel so clean, there was no gym (as said on the Expedia page and the Breakfast was very very limited).
