Enjoyed our stay in Bolzano
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was nice. The staff was very helpful. We had a dinner at the restaurant there, it was very good. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in our travels around Northern Italy. We went to see the Iceman museum, very interesting. Also can recommend the ride in the tram, great views. The people in Bolzano were friendly, helpful and boisterous in a fun way.

We were welcomed very warmly and treated with kindness and generosity by Shabi, who was at the desk. My husband had had an incident with a motorbike and Shabi was extremely helpful and went the extra mile! We loved the location, the rooms, the friendly staff, the wonderful breakfast.
