Its quite a well presented hotel, and appears to have been recently renovated. The member of staff on reception was both polite and helpful, and overall, I would say my wife and I were comfortable, for the night we stayed, but it feels more suited to groups of people, rather than couples or tourists.
The room we had smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, but this seems to be pretty standard for Thessaloniki, if shops, restaurants and cafes are anything to go by. It suited us perfectly for the night we needed, and the breakfast in the morning was very well presented, but I have to say we both noticed a terrible chemically taste in the eggs we had - We did NOT suffer any illness from the food though! If asked whether I would stay here again, I struggle to say Yes or No, so on the whole, it wasn't that bad, especially for the price.
