Misleading. Everything has an extra cost.
I've stayed at Smart Apês several times last couples years. Never had a complaint. This time they do not offered cookware or blow dryer in the room. They advertise the room with kitchen, but, if you need to use the kitchen you need to rent the cookware, which is not o ly inconvient, but also false advertising. They also stop accepting you luggage ahead before your check-in or hold it after the check-out. There a vending machine for that and it's also paid separately. This time I've paid more for the room and got a bitter taste of been mislead.

A estadia foi muito boa no geral, mas há pontos a serem considerados. No período que fiquei de 9 a 14/03/25 só o elevador de serviço estava funcionando, e é bem lento por sinal. Uma das janelas do quarto não estava fechando bem, e qndo voltamos após uma chuva forte molhou um pouco o quarto. Outra questão foi ter um fogão por indução e não ter nenhuma panela disponível, era preciso alugar. E uma questão excelente foi a proximidade com o metrô. Isso foi mto positivo e eu me hospedaria novamente.

Razoável, limpeza deixa a desejar no box do banheiro, recepção com poltronas velhas e assentos de todas estragados. Estive uma semana hospedada e somente contávamos com um elevador, pois o segundo estava em manutenção todo o tempo. Demorava muito esse deslocamento vertical.

Elevador social quebrado (o de serviço é muito lento), quarto muito pequeno, rua barulhenta (consolação), pia com água sem força, banheiro com ventilação forçada (barulhento). TV sem qualidade. Positivos: Boa localização colado no metrô, check-in check-out facilitado. Chuveiro bom. Funcionários atenciosos. Ar condicionado muito bom.

Bom atendimento, mas pouco conforto.
A equipe é muito solicita e a localização ao lado da estação do metrô são as únicas qualidades. O apartamento é minúsculo para um casal. A janela é fixa (não abre). Por isso, não pudemos utilizar o fogão por indução (imagine fritar algo em um apartamento totalmente sem ventilação ou exaustor). A pia do lavatório estava vazando e molhou os itens de higiene que estavam no armário logo abaixo. Além disso, a iluminação da pia é muito deficiente, dificultando ao fazer a barba (homens) e maquiagem (mulheres). O ar-condicionado não gelava muito bem. A posição do chuveiro é terrível. Ao ligar, o jato d'água fica na direção da porta do box. Portanto, você mal consegue lavar suas partes íntimas ou suas pernas. Não há ducha higiênica ao lado do vaso sanitário. O colchão é até confortável, mas a cama não é muito grande e fica apertada entre duas paredes (a parede da janela que não abre e a parede do banheiro). Não há espaço para mesa de cabeceira, e os itens que costumamos deixar ao lado da cama temos que colocar no parapeito interno da janela. Outro problema sério são os elevadores. Só há um funcionando. O outro está em manutenção há meses. Enfim, talvez até sirva para hospedar uma pessoa sozinha, mas para um casal o espaço é muito precário.

Não é o Melhor, mas Condiz com o Preço
Tem uma localização excelente, mas o quarto é minúsculo e o banheiro não estava muito limpo quando cheguei. A comunicação funciona bem, mas durante a semana que estive lá, apenas um dos dois elevadores estava funcionando. Não possui estacionamento e todos os da região são caros. O preço é um dos mais baixos, então acho que o custo-benefício é até razoável para passar um ou dois dias.
