"Staff and service was great. Food was pretty good, not the best but there were a lot of good options. Hibachi/Fusion, seafood, and Mexican restaurants were the best. Did not try the French restaurant. The buffet was about what you would expect, but always had things that everyone liked. The property was a bit worn in a few places but it was made up for in cleanliness and service. Housekeeping was great in the room, they seemed to come by a couple times a day and always left the room very nice. We got the cheapest room but it was still very nice, it had everything we needed and a decent sized bathroom and shower. The pools were okay, the water level was a little low for some reason. There were enough pools that it never felt too crowded. The slides and lazy river were a big hit. Kids loved the smoothie bar and the lazy river was very relaxing. The beach was okay, not perfect but much better than riviera maya. You can actually enjoy the beach here. There were some spots with very little seaweed and clear water, but varied day by day. We did spend a couple hours each day at the beach, the beach bars were very convenient. The nightly shows were great and were enjoyed by both the kids and parents. Convenient location, about 45 minutes from the airport, and very close to excursions for Isla Mujeres. Water and beach area was nicer than the riviera maya area. The area felt very safe and secluded. I would recommend this resort to families with kids of all ages. "

"Absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived at Finest Playa Mujeres, everything felt like a dream. The service was beyond excellent—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The resort itself? Spotless! Every corner was clean and beautifully maintained. Our room? Incredible. It had an ocean view that looked straight out of a postcard, a private jacuzzi, and—get this—a pool on the rooftop just for us! "From check-in to check-out the entire experience with this hotel was excellent. We traveled with our kids so we had 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were upgraded to suites free of charge and they made a point to put all of us on the same floor close to each other without us even asking. The food was delicious with multiple dining options. The only complaint we have is that the dinner buffet was closed 3 nights in a row but we were able to get into the other restaurants without any problems. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly."

"Mi estancia fue excelente, el servicio de los butler's luis y alexis fue genial muy atentos, en la piscina de niños igual ever y mauricio siempre pendiente de nosotros y en el restaurant lotus el chef gerry tambien. Solo algo que señalar que no nos gusto fue que tuvieran el restaurant Barracuda de niños cerrados por la supuesta baja ocupacion del hotel eso lo vi mal porque si tienes 8 restaurant de adultos como vas a cerrar el unico que tienes para niños y otra cosa que deben mejorar es el menu del buffet en el desayuno que todos los dias era lo mismo y arriba en el area elite muy poca variedad de comida no nos hizo sentido subir mas si casi toda la comida estaba abajo, en fin noa emcanto el hotel y el servicio lo recomiendo 100%"
