The rooms are spacious and quiet, the area around is pretty decent ..about a 10 minute walk to the metro. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but was included. Price is reasonable, so would definitely stay again in a future trip.

Overall this property is a good place to stay. Very walkable to most locations in old Tbilisi. Hotel host/manager was fantastic! Went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable! Cleaning staff was a little slow and didn’t clean our room until very late in the day. Overall the staff and facilities were very good.

Wonderful staff made everyone feel at home. Interesting building and layout. Great location that is convenient for the metro but not excessively “touristy”. Guests sensitive to noise should be aware that the hotel has a restaurant in an internal courtyard and one side also faces on to a narrow but very busy road. Rooms have excellent sound proofing and I’m sure staff can accommodate requests for rooms in other parts of the hotel. A very enjoyable stay.

Excellence at its best!
The Radisson Red is situated in an excellent area.Everything about the hotel is simply amazing, including the friendly and accommodating personnel, the chic and contemporary furnishings, the spotless rooms, the excellent food and wide variety of wines, and the lively atmosphere. Next year, we will undoubtedly return to Radisson Red to commemorate our wedding anniversary. Therefore, a huge thank you to Ivica, the general manager, who is very involved and responsive. The front desk manager Armen, Saba, Giorgi, and their other female coworkers make up a fantastic team. The young, amiable Girunda at breakfast and the young men on the night shift, who were always there for us, were among the restaurant staff. The event planners and the housekeeping crew are an excellent team.

We received the best possible service at Radisson RED Hotel in Tbilisi. We stayed there first one night, and then we had booked one night at Radisson Blu Hotel on the other side of the river, but we had a very disappointing experience at Radisson Blu, and decided to stay the third night at Radisson RED Hotel where we received an upgrade as a returning guest. Lucas in the reception was very friendly and extremely service minded, and the other receptionists as well. The room was perfect, not one single thing to complain about. We can higly recommend Radisson RED Hotel as it is a good value for money.

Hotels.com silver üyesi ve vip accessi olan bir üye olarak seyahatimde bir şişe şarap hediye edilmesi gerekiyordu, hotels.com tekrar mail atmasına rağmen bu sağlanmadı. Restoran personeli de maalesef hiç gülümsemiyordu, gerçi Tiflis'te hizmet alınan birçok yerde durum böyleydi. Son önerim de havalimanından transferi kendiniz sağlamanız olur. Taksiyle havalimanı otel arası 40-45 lari. Biz ilk gelişimizde otelden transfer hizmeti aldık ve 120 lari ödedik. Kötü diyemem otelin binası güzeldi, yatak konforluydu, yemeklerin porsiyonu küçüktü fakat lezzetliydi ancak bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel olmaz.
