Overall, the experience was very good. The room was clean and spacious, and the location of the hotel is accessible via 2 metro lines. The only downside was that the toilet bowl was easily choked and had to request the hotel to fix it twice during our 7-day stay. However, their service was prompt and fixed the issue quickly.

The best part about this property was the epic views from the sky lobby. Breakfast was served there so it was great. Rooms were decent but wouldn’t recommend for more than a single traveller. Bathroom was right next to the bedroom and lets just say privacy was non existant.

地鐵9號線，商城路三號出口上來就是飯店；地鐵2號線也是步行十分鐘就到，可以直接搭到機場，要換乘磁浮也很方便，尤其2號線可以從老佛爺百貨地下一樓直達，還可以順便逛一下，拉著行李也很方便。 飯店櫃檯在38樓，一樓有管制要刷卡才能進出，這次訂房在36樓，窗外景色無敵，上海大樓等一覽無遺，房間非常大，浴室是淋浴式，水量溫度都很ok，房間冰箱飲料很多種，還會補上，都是免費招待，每天會補足。 早餐在38樓，會有一些上海的食物，小龍包也蠻好吃的，另外還有餛飩湯、牛肉麵，雖然種類沒有非常豐富，但算是蠻不錯的。
