Our stay at the Paradise Cappadocia was great. We booked the fairy chimney room and we absolutely loved it. The hospitality was top notch and the breakfast provided was great too. Our stay at Paradise Cappadocia was perfect. The room was well taken care of, clean and well equipped. The breakfast is varied a with plenty of tasty options. We loved hanging out on the roof terrace where we enjoyed having drinks in front of the fire place. The owner and his staff are very kind and friendly, always available for giving recommendations. We’ll always have a good memory of this place.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would say is when doing the daily cleaning to run a dust mop over the floor. Being like a cave, little bits fall on the floor that could be easily swept up with dust mop. The employees were all friendly and gave good recommendations and set us up on a great tour!

Our stay at the Paradise Cappadocia Hotel was amazing and surpassed our expectations. We felt very welcome and well taken care of by all of their hospitality staff. We came to Cappadocia with a very rough itinerary however, Umut (the hotel owner) helped us put together a magnificent one for our 3 day stay. We got to see the most important and beautiful parts of the city, and he made sure we were enjoying every bit of it. All his restaurant, gift shop and pottery workshops recommendations were spot on! All thanks to him we were able to attend a sunrise hot balloon ride for a very well off price and it was the most amazing experience ever! Thank you so much Umut for looking after us during our stay, you really made the difference and we will forever appreciate your hospitality! :) Best regards, E & K

Umat was very friendly, helpful and kind. Didn't push for anything but made sure we had good options for the activities we wanted to do and very good recommendations on restaurants nearby. Fairy chimney room was awesome. Little tight on space but has all modern amenities inside while preserving the ancient feeling. Thanks Umat for everything, you made our trip a great experience. We will definitely meet again.

Service was amazing! Thanks to Noah particularly, he's been really helpful. All the team was present and pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We were with our baby and we felt welcome. Unfortunately there's no AC and no fridge in the room. It was really hot and humid. I would definitely return to this place. Thanks!

The location is convenient and the staff are friendly. I was bothered by the smell of sewage from the shower room. The smell disappears every time cleaning is done, so perhaps there was something wrong with the facilities.

The loveliest place and felt most like a home then anything! Maureen was amazinggg! They had lovely staff and all worked so well to make us feel welcomed! Maureen helped us with all our questions and gave us so many recommendations! Definitely book with them!!

Staff & property's location & features made our stay a pleasant & memorable one. Perhaps one area of improvement to be considered is the starting time of breakfast be earlier, let's say 7.30 instead of 8.30. The ending time can be brought forward to be fair to staff's work load & the hotel owners' cost. Earlier start also means that travellers can move on to their day's plan in cooler weather as the heat increases as the day progress.

Great little hotel. Received a very warm welcome. We left our car on the main road & walked up to the hotel & were directed to where we could park almost opposite the hotel entrance. Hotel room was comfortable, although our room would of benefited from blackout curtains. Buffet breakfast was good. The terrace was great, you could watch the balloons from it

Great location and service was good but we didn’t stay for the full time we booked as we couldn’t sleep as the room was an oven. Temperatures were higher than normal, room didn’t have aircon so it was so hot. They provided a fan but all it did was blow hot air around. We slept with the door wide open and the window open but it was still incredibly hot. So if you are not used to very hot room temperatures, stay somewhere else. They did offer upgrade us but we didn’t feel a different room was going to be better.
