Well the AC unit rattled all night. Had to download a white noise app to drown out the rattling. There was only one nightstand for the two of us. In the sitting area, there was only one chair. It is asif the room was designed for a single person instead of a couple.

Older but good value.
Very Comfortable bed. Cleanliness met my high standard as a nurse. Towels nice and thick. Coffee maker made better coffee than what was offered at breakfast. Pet fee was reasonable at $50. But still don’t believe any extra cleaning is done despite an additional charge- at any hotel. Microwave and small fridge. NO freezer compartment if you need to freeze freezer bags for a cooler. The temp control in room was excellent- cooler / heater very quiet. Overall I’d stay here again. Not luxury or even 4 stars. Older hotel but good value.

Absolutely terrible experience. Booked thru hotels.com. I arrived to check in with my confirmation number. They did not honor my confirmation thru hotels.com. Charged me additional $100 over what was advertised for a room that shouldn’t be over $100 anyway. I understand price increases for events. Went to the Alabama Mizzou football game and homecoming weekend so I expect the price to be inflated but to not honor my confirmation was ridiculous because I was already paying over $300 for a room that wasn’t worth that. I received email from Paula Sledge who is the general manager the day before confirming my reservation and when I showed up the would not honor it. They do shady business because I believed they used hotels.com for advertising to entice customers but trap you when you get there and up charge you. I will no longer use hotels.com service or stay at a Wyndham hotel again after this experience

The property was nice. My room was very spacious. The property was only 13 minutes from my daughters new apartment in town so that was very convenient. Areas that could improve are, my bathroom door was very hard to close. The breakfast was bland and the front desk staff weren't very friendly. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

The front desk clerk was very rude, didn’t greet us, no smile. I have a neurological condition that affects my vocal cords, it’s hard for me to speak clearly. I was trying to explain this to her and she rolled her eyes! I had my 3 grandchildren with me, the oldest is 18, even she noticed the attitude. Went to our room, met up with family, came back to the hotel, kids are in bed and the TV doesn’t work! I went back downstairs to report it because the phone in the room wouldn’t work. So no TV, no phone. When I approach the same young lady, no greeting and she wouldn’t even look at my, by this time of night my voice is so bad you can’t understand me, I signaled the best I could for a pen and paper and she rolled her eyes AGAIN! After scribbling about the TV, I was informed that I would need to wait for her replacement to come in because, “I’m not dealing with you” I said to her she should be nicer, went back to my room and waited for her replacement. Ethan was the over night clerk and he was wonderful, very patient with my disability and so kind! He is a definite asset to the company! He made sure the TV was fixed the very next morning and our second night was great! The buffet is eh, we didn’t eat it again after we tried it. Eggs were watery, sausage was gray. And not way to microwave because they’re using foam bowls. The hotel wasn’t very clean. Bathroom was clean but the tub is chipped up. Water pressure was good. Can’t give more than two stars and they’re for Ethan.
