I had a wonderful stay. The Perch is a great little hotel a few feet from the beach and short drive to a number of other excellent beaches. The hosts were very kind and friendly. There are a few food options right outside. I hope to be back soon!

Host was very informative, directed us to some great restaurants. The room was very clean, only drawback was it was small. If i would have known would have paid for a bigger room with a least a table and more room. All in all very quaint Hotel & very close to the beach which was very nice!!

Really enjoyed staying at the Perch. Very clean and cozy room. Very easy to check in. Conveniently located. My only complaint is the shower. The water pressure is weak and the hot water in the shower comes from an electric shower head. The weak pressure makes the little bit of water that comes out is way too hot. I suggest unplugging the shower head and showering with the regular tap water temp.
