Very nice place, it was clean, spacious and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the rooms/bathroom modernized. Walking distance to cute shops, a park and restaurant. Would highly recommend.

This is an old motel that has many good updates. The room was small but designed in a way that could accommodate a small family. I would consider staying here if you are a small family with 3 or 4 kids. We like a clean place and this was clean. We would come again if we were in the area.

Quiet and comfortable
Perfect quiet space to regroup and rest during the trip for my brother's memorial. Appreciated the outdoor furniture and off-street parking, and the location one street off the main road through town. Amenities were on-point, and the lack of a bathtub was easily overcome by a shower large enough to sprawl out on the floor. Definitely plan on booking again.

This is a cute older motel that’s been updated. Super clean, super quiet, and super warm on a cold snowy night. The pillows were fabulous! Great communication with the owners and easy to access and check out. Awesome price. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place
Overall, I had a nice stay at the hotel. It's been remodeled recently and I had no issues. The manager is not on-site, so you communicate by text with them. I didn't realize this at first, as I had my phone in airplane mode for most of my drive to Walden, since cell service is spotty at best (service is great in Walden itself).

This room was exactly what we needed/wanted…clean & comfortable; nicely remodeled. Note the address took us directly to it, but Expedia never stated the name of motel. Very glad for the way we had a text earlier in day with door code to get into a specific room. This allowed no delay getting into the room as we arrived with a storm about to explode! We got in room safe & secured, used microwave to heat can of soup from our belongings & fixed coffee for quick dinner while watching tv.
