I stayed here for 3 weeks and the staff was one of the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful in Manila. Quezon City doesn't have many good hotels but this is definitely one of them. Erika, Olga, Edward, Joemarie, and Hera of the front desk made this stay worth it. But if Olga had helped me that one day with coordinating a laundry pick-up, this would have been a perfect 10 stay. I actually tip very well. There was a minor issue with some room service but Hera and Jason helped right the error. The room service was really good, minus that one mishap. I'd recommend a more diverse menu, too. Personally, I didn't like the plates they used. The plate surface was concrete-y, so to speak. One with a smoother surface would have been a better choice for plateware. Hotel security staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Ardenhills and is now my go-to place when coming to Manila. I have business to do in Alabang right now and I'm staying at Azumi. It is night and day. Azumi doesn't hold a torch when compared to Ardenhills and Azumi actually has a higher customer satisfaction rating. Something's wrong with that picture. Stay at Ardenhills - you won't be disappointed.
