8/10 Very good

Quick overnight stay
The place was very clean, but we were put in #1 with a street light right out side the window. Although there were plenty of empty units. ALSO , be aware the water tastes terrible, would be nice if there was some bottle water there to drink. In my option it is undrinkable. It was very quiet, and we didn't have a chance to walk to the beach but there seems to be a very nice trail leading straight to the water! I would stay there again.

Everything was pretty good except for the bathroom. I'm very picky about hotel bathrooms. But it was a cute little place that they are fixing up to make better. The area around it looks pretty run down which looked really scary but I didnt run into any problems. The biggest problem I had were noisey people next door.
