Séjour agréable dans un beau complexe en pleine nature. Belle vue sur le lac et la campagne ! Idéal pour des randonnées pédestres et VTT. Très bon buffet mais un peu répétitif !

La réception ouvre à 17h. Une file d’attente de 45minutes pour obtenir les clés. Et le départ est à 10h soit 17h de présence autorisée sur 24h. Une file d’attente pour le repas, une file d’attente pour le petit-déjeuner. Pas de gel hydro alcoolique devant les ascenseurs, ni devant les portes coupe feu. Location du coffre « fort »dans la chambre. Pas d’activité l’après-midi. Beau jardin et belle piscine.

problème nids de guêpes dans la chambrev
En nous couchant nous avons entendu bourdonner et en cherchant nous avons trouvé 3 nids de guêpes derrière les cadres au dessus du lit. Nous avons appelé le gardien de nuit qui a pu les détruire mais il a laissé les cadavres sur la tête de lit en disant que le ménage serait fait le lendemain En partant nous avons signalé le problème à la réception mais cela n’a pas eu l’air de les étonner ni de les intéresser. Nous aurions aimé au moins recevoir des excuses sinon un geste commercial !

Come detto in precedente recensione per struttura visitata a Saint Tropez ultimamente le camere abbinare alle prenotazioni effettuate con questo sito sono molto scadenti Non si riesce ad abbinare le foto. come anche nella mia recensione precedente di Saint tropez, altrimenti avrei dimostrato il degrado della terrazza della camera con muffa e altro nelle pareti Nota positiva ...... al nostro arrivo fortissimo temporale che ha allagato completamente la zona ristorante Il personale molto velocemente ha messo tutti noi in grado di cenare all’asciutto Grazie e complimenti

Montpezat oui Belambra non !
Nous avons connue Montpezat à l’époque ou cet hôtel était un Club Med... La structure n'a pas changé par contre le service Belambra est catastrophique et cher en comparaison (400€ deux nuits) ! Comment faire un max d'économie sur le compte des résidents: Pas de produits de toilette en chambre (non prévu malgré notre catégorie privilège... Dixit l'accueil), pas de service de nettoyage en chambre, coffre en location uniquement (ça aussi jamais vu ailleurs !), chambre minuscule avec petite fenêtre (catégorie "privilège" parce que nous avion la clim ! La bonne blague !), espace commun non nettoyé (vaisselle à même le sol dans les couloirs laissé tout le weekend), Wifi payant sinon très mauvaise connexion... Bref Montpezat oui, Belambra non ! Première et dernière expérience pour nous; Point positif: Apres avoir lu les commentaire sur la restauration nous avions un peu peur cependant surprise la restauration était correcte: Du choix, de la nourriture plutôt bonne, pas excessive mais suffisante... Au moins ça !

Very basic, outdated property
Staff were friendly and welcoming however once we got to our rooms, they were very dim, we found a few spiders and the beds were not the most comfortable. Food selection was ok and you get wine included in your dinner if you go half board. We were also sent in the wrong directions for hiring paddle boats in Gorge du Verdon unfortunately.

Belle vue, moins belle chambre
Chambre petite et salle de bain pas propre à notre arrivée ni après que quelqu'un soit repassé la refaire, avec seulement 2 petites couettes en plus des draps Les environs sont magnifiques la vue sur le Verdon est vraiment top, il faut faire minimum 20 minutes de voiture pour retrouver un village/une ville avec des commerces en bas du club on tombe directement sur le Verdon et un base nautique ce qui est vraiment bien si on ne veut pas prendre la voiture
