Amazing Luxury Stay
Amazing hotel close to 3 premium reztaurants. Shuttle to Barefoot Beach was treat on my birthday with chairs and towels provided. Also saw dolphins along way. Pool was enjoyable. Coming back again.

Incredible service at the front desk for a midnight check in. I don’t usually write reviews but this guy was awesome (Jared I think?). He got me set up in a couple minutes and asked me if I needed toiletries, etc he was really fantastic and so cordial.

Overall it was amazing. Our last day the owners of the hotel were celebrating the opening of the hotel so they closed down the floor level pool all day, and closed the roof pool early which kind of made our last day stay kind of stink. Gave no notice of that pool closure. But besides that the hotel is amazing to stay at. Beds are comfortable the towels are super soft.

Great hotel. Unfortunately roof top pool open only till 4pm as they open dining area and it’s accessible to the public. Frustrating that staying guests can’t use the pool because of outside people. Guests should be priority.

Very nice stay at the Perry
Five night stay in late Feb 2025. Lobby is lovely, well appointed. Very nice room, great bed and bathroom. Both pools are very nice. Excellent rooftop bar. I didn't try the restaurant on property but could see from my balcony that it was quite packed most nights.Had a minor mix up with the front desk staff but that was addressed very well by management. Location is convenient if you have needs to be in both Naples and Bonita/Ft Myers. Parking lot very convenient to hotel and at least for now they allow self parking at no charge so you can come and go as needed.

Love this hotel with everything new and fresh. The interior designer did a great job. The rooms was great with balcony towards the sunset! The guys in the lobby cafe extremely attentive and so service minded so five star service there !! The only complaint is that when we arrived excited to try this new hotel, traveled all way from sweden the lady who checked us in barely greated us with a hi … when we asked to change room to a higher floor another employee helped us and it was a soo more nice experience - so overall a really nice stay! Will def come back next time ! Oh snd the rooftop bar was amazing

1st impressions of Perry Hotel Naples
1st stay - spent three nights. Rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool were nice! Coffee shop with breakfast was average. Retail shop was well priced. Bathroom could have been cleaner. I did expect a higher level of service - not awful, just nothing special. No assistance was offered to get luggage out of car to the hotel and no hotel information regarding hotel amenities was offered at check-in. Upscale modern look. Room was spacious. Liked the refillable water bottles with Elkay refilling stations. I would stay again.

Love the Hotel
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip to the secluded beach, as well as the pool area and gym facilities. The staff at the pool side were very nice abd attentive. A+! However, it would be fantastic to have a cleaner floor around the poolside. Having a microwave in the room and a few more trash bins beyond just the single one in the bathroom would have been a nice touch. Introducing a Happy Hour would definitely enhance the experience for guests and would elevate this place to the next level. Additionally, I believe only guests should have access to floors 2-6 after hours with their room keys. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing customer service!!
We absolutely LOVED staying at Perry Hotel!! Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds, gorgeous pool… the list could go on and on…the fact that they provide a shuttle, beach chairs and towels for the beach is absolutely amazing and so so helpful. . But by far the best experience was the customer serice received from the front desk… especially Amy!! She went above and beyond to make our trip the best experience!! She was very respectful, genuine, friendly (our kids loved her) and just a pleasure to be around. We had a bit of an incident with the next door people and Amy took care of it right away very professionally and we couldn’t thank her enough!! We need more people in customer service like Amy!! We loved staying at the Perry Hotel and would definitely recommend it!!

Beautiful facility that needs to get some kinks out. Just opened in January. During our stay we had 2 false fire alarms. We had to contact front desk since housekeeping didn’t show up twice. Lunch was difficult since Bodega was out of commission for 4 days that we were there. They sent us up to the restaurant which had closed early one day (1:45) and was also extremely short staffed 2nd time we tried lunch. It would also be nice if the restaurant served a full breakfast at the hotel. Restaurants had a strange menu, Asian- Spanish combination. Never received an itemized bill from Perry Hotel, only a credit card charge.

Don’t open until it’s finished
This hotel has a lot of potential but they simply opened it to guests way too soon. There is a ton of construction still going on. We had construction materials left on our balcony, our bathroom door didn’t shut and when they fixed it they left a screw on our floor. The HVAC system sounded like a helicopter in our room. The pool was one of the main highlights for the $45 per night resort fee and that is not open yet either. I would give it another chance because of how nice the staff was and the location is nice, but don’t go until it’s totally done.
