Excellent, a couple flaws that can be easily fixed
It was very peaceful, quiet. Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable including the couch. Also the showers are very hot, the only flaws was our freezer wasn't freezing our food right also the room smelled like smoke when we first walked into room. Like very strong oder that also smelled like wet dog. And the wifi just never worked. So if you have a kid pls look elsewhere.

Loved my stay. It was quite. The room was clean and you could walk to all the hotspots in Strasburg. For how cheap the rooms are you more then get your moneys worth. My only complaint is the guy that cleans the rooms knows very little english so it's hard to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again

WiFi wasn’t the best and there wasn’t anyone to talk I had to send in a message and no one came to help with that and I had spiders that kept popping up on the wall and the fridge

First off we had roaches the whole stay. We reached out twice and all they did was spray Clorox. My boyfriend had one crawling on his arm. Also anytime we needed toilet paper or clean towels we had to call a few times and waited awhile before we received our stuff.
