Nice hotel that could have been so much more
We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools, as it's very easy to get a cut on them. There are tons of cats in the area. They are docile and friendly, but there are a lot of them. Be aware if you're allergic or afraid of cats. The room was a bit filthy, and most kitchen utensils were missing. It's a bit sad, because this hotel has a lot of potential, and could be a real gem with a proper renovation. On the bright side it's very affordable.

Boa qualidade do quarto e conforto das instalações do Hotel. No entanto, não achei satisfatório o não atendimento da solicitação de talheres na recepção visto que havia sido pedido delivery de comida no quarto, deixando-nos sem ter como consumir o alimento por mera inflexibilidade da consierge.

Existe uma diferença entre Vila Supreme Hotel e Vila do Pratagy. A propriedade é composta de vários bangalôs e alguns são de propriedade privada (Vilas do Pratagy) e outros bangalôs é de propriedade do Vila Supreme Hotel. O café é razoável com alguns macacos querendo roubar a comida das mesas e tem muito gato. O ponto forte é a piscina com uma borda infinita e a vista para o horizonte.

Decepção
As condições do quarto não estavam adequadas, os lençóis de cama e travaesseiros estavam velhos e bem desgastados, a manta que cobria a cama bem velha e com várias machas, toalhas bem velhas e amareladas, a lixeira do banheiro sem a tampa (pois estava quebrada) e com remendos de fita crepe no fundo da lixeira, os móveís descascados e com apecto de velho. O ar condicionado demorando a gelar e pilhas sem funcionar direito no controle remoto. A TV com apena um canaç disponível, a conexão da internet caindo o tempo todo. E sem limpeza na área externa que dá acesso a suíte, muitas folhas no chão (visivelmente há dias ou semanas não foi varrido).

Ambiente agradável mas estrutura precária
Ambiente muito agradável, muito verde, piscina muito bacana com borda infinita, uma vista incrível para mata nativa e o pôr do sol maravilhoso. Mas infelizmente alguns pontos negativos para destacar sobre estrutura e atendimento. Já na entrada do quarto onde ficamos já tivemos impacto com uma fechadura da porta do quarto quebrada. Ao entrar mais sinais de desgastes, armário para roupas bambeando, chuveiro quebrado, embora funcionando, sinais de rachaduras nos azulejos do banheiro. Fui com a minha esposa e filho, mas quando entramos no quarto só tinha kit pra casal, ao informar na recepção informaram que só tinham mais um kit de banho e um lençol, mas não tinham mais travesseiros. No segundo dia quando pedimos pra trocar as toalhas a camareira disse que só tinham duas, conseguiu na camaradagem uma de piscina pra usarmos. Café da manhã com poucas opções, muito aquém do esperado para o preço pago.

O lugar é muito bonito, os quartos são amplos e limpos. O atendimento da recepção muito boa, porém serviço de bar e restaurante, pessimos. O café da manhã, muito fraco, falta de café, ovos, reposição terrível. Serviço de atendimento na piscina também muito ruim, o ideal é mudarem a gestão do restaurante e bar para que a avaliação suba de uma vez. Não só eu, mas vi vários hóspedes falando da insatisfação do serviço do bar e restaurante. Outro detalhe, tomamos café da manhã e 20 min depois ainda os pratos na mesa. O hotel poderia ser muito mais bem conceituado.
