Room was good only blunder is person sitting on bed can see person taking shower, This could work fine for couple but someone traveling with friends or colleagues this could be unsettling situation. Other thing is night lights came on automatically and there was no way to turned those off. Also in morning bathroom and ally lights just don't turned on don't know why maybe cost savings

I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for one night, accommodation and facilities were excellent. Located within walking distance of shopping mall. Reception staff were helpful. I really liked the restaurant, which had wide choice of food selection for breakfast and dinner. I was extremely impressed with restaurant staff who provided really good service. I will certainly use this hotel again.

Falling apart fast

Stayed in this hotel many times before. It used to be good place but not anymore. Cleanliness and comfort was good. Service and elevator was worst. For elevators, only one was working but without down call button. So you have to ride with people going up even though you’re going down. Service was really terrible. Same issues were repeated many times during 3 nights stay. Plates & silverware provided were inadequate or missing during in-room dining and had to request repeatedly with more than 30 min response time. Manager seemed not concerned. Simple request like keeping freezer pack in freezer instead of refrigerator wasn’t fulfilled, in short staff is illiterate and untrained. In other unacceptable things - Shower gel bottle was refilled with water and so on..

Room was clean however the furniture was dated. Room was stated to be 28 sq mt but seemed much smaller. Buffet dinner food in the main restaurant was extremely sad and not worth the price. Staff was prompt and courteous but the room service boys were raw in their communication. I didn't raise any complaints but I did get a feedback call a few days later where the hotel management wanted a detailed feedback so that felt genuine.

It was worst experience of life time, my parents are senior citizens and diabetic. I did booked this hotel expecting prompt service. The service was worst wrt to any 2 star category. Room service was pathetic and they never responded and if responded the order never came ot came very very late..
