After settling in our room, we received a phone call telling us that we were directed to the wrong room. The proper room was in another building. We were also told that there with be a partial refund as the correct room was a lower price. We received no assistance in packing up and moving and were told there would be no refund as the rooms were the same price. Went from a condo to a regular room and they were the same price? Feel gouged and won't be back. Will tell our family and friends not to bother. We also left a day early.

In our search for outlets, we found debris on the floor behind a cabinet. Otherwise our room was acceptably clean. I had to set up the alarm clock that wasn't unpacked and placed in a cabinet. We wonder if we really got our money's worth.
