Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel in a perfect location for everything. Our room was cleaned daily and although not the biggest we have stayed in was fine, only downside would be no air conditioning but a powerful fan was supplied. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel Crystal is a quiet haven only five minutes walk from the train station. The property is very clean and I love the terrace in front. The staff is wonderful, and I recommend the breakfast! Thanks for a great stay in Reims!

The hotel has historic charm--like the quaint lift. It is in a great location in Reims on a lively pedestrian street close to sights and connections. It is across the street from an underground city parking service. There are a variety of restaurants for all budgets in the area (but make reservations for the better ones). The breakfast is good if you want something substantial, otherwise there are a couple coffee shops down the block. We stayed in November and it was quiet. Some may find the old hotel a bit cramped a worn here and there, but the TV and plumbing worked well and the beds were comfortable.

The price was not value. A triple room, which could hardly fit two persons. Sticky and very hot atmosphere with no air conditioning or air circulation system. No extractor in the bath either. One had to open the window giving straight access from the roof to the room - very risky, but no chance to get some fresh air. Service was helpful with a dehydrator, bur room overall very disappointing for that price range. OK 3-star, but that room is not suitable for 3 persons.

Perfekt beläget i Reims. Nära till barer och restauranger. När du var inne på rummet hörde du ingenting utifrån. Litet rum. Vi hade små resväskor och vi kunde knappt ha upp dem - tänk dig att ha en stor. Hård säng. Det är lite för hårt för mig men snarare så än för mjukt. Fint badrum. Frukosten var bra. Fin uteplats utanför. Personalen hade svårt att förstå engelska.

Heerlijke plek in hartje Reims
Hotel Crystal is de ideale plek om voor een zeer aanvaardbaar bedrag midden in het meest bruisende deel van Reims (Place d'Erlon) te verblijven. Het hotel heeft de ingang aan de uitgaansstraat van Reims maar via de passage en de binnentuin kom je bij het hotel zelf. Daardoor heb je geen last van drukte maar heb je wel direct alles onder handbereik. De mensen zijn uitermate vriendelijk. De kamers/het hotel ogen wellicht gedateerd voor hen die op zoek zijn naar strak en modern maar het is in werkelijkheid lieflijk, romantisch, prettig en uotermate geschikt voor een weekendje Reims.
