Fantastic and friendly service! Very comfortable and soacious room with large bathroom (and comfortable bed). Lovely hot pools and great game room for kids. Real comfy and picturesque property. The only reason its not a five rating was the fact they gave us a room designed for a disabled person, and the shower really was awkward to use. They were however, very quick on day to 2 to mave us to a regular room, and were very applogetic.Loved our kitchenette room with big fireplace.

Very nice property with winter activities around. Nice room in the Emotion part of the hotel. Breakfast could have more variety for the price, wine tasting was expensive for 3 glasses but plate of cheese was excellent. A global enjoyable experience but slightly expensive.
