It wasn’t a hotel. It was a hostel or apartelle at best. Walls of the room are made of wood. You can hear people from the hallway or from the adjacent rooms.

You can do better.
My room had broken air conditioning and the toilet had to be flushed three times to be complete. I got a different room where the shower was either cold or scorching hot and had to have the maintenance fix it. I had an extra overnight guest on one night and they charged 600p but in their ad they state 400p.

I didn’t really like the hotel. The rooms where small and very basic. The shower was a nightmare and the water never drained probably. You could over hear over rooms and noise in the corridors when trying to sleep. I booked the hotel over other hotels as it was advertised as smoking rooms and non- smoking, not the case the smoking area/roof was on the 7th floor a good 5 away from my room. On a positive note the staff where friendly.

No free parking, lousy breakfast, dirty,
It said that there was free parking but they charge 100p each day. First room had a smelly odor in the bathroom so next day move to another room. That room the floor was sticky so i clean it with the towel and it was very dirty!! Then the elevator is broken! Free Breakfast was horriable!!

Fix the bathroom!!
The room was adequate. The bed was comfy and it was definately dark at night (no windows). Room was quiet and the breakfast was great. But, the toilet seat was broken, which proved a challenge for the kids, there was a leak in our bathroom which left a perpetual puddle under the sink and along the wall, and the shower was barely warm and water pressure was awful. A few repairs in the bathroom and this would be a hidden gem of a place!

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious. No washcloths or hand towels. Noisy lobby remodel. Terrible free breakfast, although wait staff does their best. Don’t stay on the street side where the only rooms with windows exist unless you like to be kept awake until 3 am from the loud bar across the street. Also the first night NO top sheet just a blanket. They acted surprised but it seems they need to invest in more towels and sheets

Dirty, old.
Dirty, tired old hotel in dire need of a rehab. Would be okay if management followed up on daily operations. I understand construction dust and debris, but rooms not properly cleaned reflects a general sense of apathy on management’s part.

For three days my parents kept on requesting TOWELS which should be basic items included on the room but none were given to them. They just ended up buying their own towels instead. Aircon is not working, terrible hotel in Manila.

Very dirty and poorly maintained.
You have to request maid service if you want your bed made and fresh towels, but make sure to bring slippers or wear your shoes full time. The floors are filthy.
