This was a beautiful hotel to stay in, with exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel incredibly welcomed and ensured we had plenty of information on how to adjust to the altitude and provided coca leaves and tea. We stayed one night then came back after climbing Machu Picchu. They kept our stuff in our rooms safe for us until we returned a couple days later. We did book 2 rooms with Queen beds but the first night one had 2 twin beds. We put them together so it wasn’t a huge deal plus they fixed the issue when we were back. The building was beautiful , close to everything. Only complaint would be that it advertises free shuttle to and from airport, but when you reach out to ask about it they recommend getting a car for you at $10-$15US. We were unable to take advantage of all the free things, but they packed us a lunch to make sure we got something.
