Central Hotel
Good location but can be a bit noisy at night. Requested a quiet room but despite this was put directly 1floor above bar downstairs. Room was fine but balcony is a tiny rectangle just to be aware. Breakfast basic and wouldn’t pay for again in hindsight.

Hotel is very well located.couldn’t be more central. Walking distance to everything. Spacious rooms and good bathrooms. A bit dated, but they are currently refurbishing so should be good when it’s finished.

Even renovated the little (very) rooms have minimum amenities: fridge, Small tv, shower, and fonctionning ac. The hotel is so central that you are too close to the main Plaza with all the night noise. Lots of better suggestions for hotels in the vicinity.

You WON'T get what you pay for..
You don't and WON'T get what you paid for.. 3 months in advance I booked a king/double bed room. (I prefer not to stay in hotels that don't have large beds).. On check in I was tole they 'just checked in a large group and have no double/king bed rooms left AND IF I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THIS I CAN GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL!.. No they didn't' offer' me alternative accommodation but for me to leave the hotel I booked without refund.. The room allocated.. 1. Stank of cleaning chemicals so strong that even though I slept with the balcony door open, I still woke with a headache and sore throat!! and 2. The fllor at bathroom door was not only damaged but badly repaired and a tripping Hazzard... Though this hotel is cenral it's best to go a little further from the port and GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I also contacted a hotels.com agent about this on the day and got NO response to my complaint.

Basic hotel in a good location. Not a fancy hotel, but all the basics are covered. Not too shabby for this price point. The rooms are generally clean. Restaurants and shops are conveniently a stone throw away.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel in a very good location. Had little trouble with the noise on first floor inside courtyard room as the ventilation system engine was just below the window and opening it was little disturbing. Ironically didn't find any ventilation in the room itself, so opening the window was kind of necessity.

We liked this hotel since it had the best location property (between Las Americas and Fanabe beach), between all the shops and restaurants, very live and happy. On the other hand late at nights, this sounds of music could be a bit too much for those people who like to be in a quite places. For a 4-star hotel, it had everything: modern, clean, helpful staff, great breakfast and very strong internet wifi.

Only one small window in room so you need to have lights on whole day. Very noizy because sounds from next room and from the street. Breakfast quite ok. Location okay even you have to walk few hundreds meters to get taxi as the hotel is in pedestrian area.
