Comfortable Stay
The check-in process was very smooth and the staff were helpful with our enquiries. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is located about 1 km to the Gare Central and the old town. There is the tram just in front of the hotel which makes it convenient to get around if you do not use to walk. Tram tickets can be purchased on line and it is valid for 24 hrs.

One small towel, poor guest experience, does not reflect commitment to guest satisfaction. Could not find power outlet in bedroom area other than tv area and all in use. Zimmer an sich sauber, das wars aber auch an positivem Eindruck. Hotel ist in einem schlechten Zustand, nicht einladend und heruntergewohnt. Es wäre an der Zeit eine Sanierung vorzunehmen. Im Eingangbereich ins Zimmer ist direkt die Küche… Bad altbacken… am ende muss man auch noch seinen Müll mitnehmen! Unter Apartmenthotel versteht man etwas anderes!! Keine Empfehlung, wirklich keine gute Erfahrung!
