Lovely hotel
Nickolas hotel was great. Excellent location not far from Fira and away from the busy areas. Clean rooms, the pool outside our room was a nice surprise. Staff were excellent especially Eva went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as a Muslim hijabi woman arranged for a private hot tub at the spa. Would recommend

Clean property Good location to have as a base. Room #5 have everything you need ,bed on mezzanine is fun but not conveniant. Basic Breakfast. Hotel offered pick up and drop off to airport €25 ride , very conveniant. You can walk to Fira uphill for 20min 1km from hotel to Fira. Or take a bus 10 min walk to bus stops to Fira terminal where you tranfer bus to Oia or elsewhere. NO need of a car. Ill stay here again.

A home away from home
We fell in love with this accomodation. Staff were so friendly and made our short stay wanting us to come back for me. Sad to leave, but definitely looking forward to booking our future stays here. Has a beautiful pool, even has a gym. Lastly very aesthetically pleasing. Thankyou to the staff for arranging our transfers and being so helpful throughout our stay. We stayed 12 nights in Hotel Nikolas and we found it to be fantastic. It was very clean and the staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming, they were happy to assist with everything - transfers, restaurant recommendations, posting postcards, etc. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Fira, the main town, but there are a few restaurants and shops nearby in Karterados if you didn’t want to walk there so location was also very good. Buses also run to almost any part of the island from just up the road from the hotel. Excellent stay. Would definitely recommend.

We highly recommend this stay. The receptionist was fantastic, she went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious and we were able to pick out everything the night before. She also assisted us in booking transport to the ferry on our departure and made us pre packed breakfast since it was 6am.
